Hella 500 Fog Lamps and Driving Lamps

With the introduction of the new 500FF, Hella has moved the production of the 500 Driving Lamp Kit to a new Hella owned and managed factory in Taiwan.   The German version (now called HL76110G) is in limited supply and when it is gone it is really gone.  

While there are some slight cosmetic differences between the old lamp and the new lamp, the performance you expect form Hella is still there.  

At this time, we expect the Clear and Amber Fog Kits to continue being manufactured in Germany.  

The Hella 500 Fog Lamp has a range of 500' and the Driving Lamp a useful range of 1800 Ft. The Mercedes M Klasse uses the Model 500 Insert for the optional Fog Lamps.   The Honda CR-V has used these as an option as well.   Jeep has also used the 500 lens/reflector assemblyin their own housing.  

The lamp shown to the left has an optional Clear Acrylic Stone Shield (HL79150) installed with the White Vinyl Stone Shield (included in kits, HL79124) to the left side.
