Hella 90mm Headlamp Modules

The Halogen headlamps use the new high output H9 bulb which makes 1800 lumens compared with 1650/1000 Lumens for an H4. These lamp are DOT/SAE legal. The Low Beam is a projector lamp and the High Beam is of Free Form Construction.

Each lamp includes an H9 bulb and adjuster screws. The H9 connector is NOT included and must be purchased separately. Mounting plates made of Galvnized Steel are available, p/n HL97300.

Hella 90mm Bi-Halogen Lamp HL99800 Hella 90mm Bi-Halogen Headlamps Diagram We have not drawn up our own diagrams of the new 90mm Bi-Halogen Headlamp Modules at this time We will publish this information as it becomes available to us.

The Bi-Halogen Headlamps are designed specifically for use of the H7 bulb. These lamps are available as right hand traffic or left hand traffic in ECE specification and right hand traffic only in DOT/SAE specification.

Hella 90mm Xenon HID Headlamp Modules

We have no pictures of the 90mm Xenon HID Headlamp Modules at this time, however, they are almost identical in appearance to the Halogen version, shown above. The differences (mostly Depth) are specified in the chart below.

The Xenon HIDHeadlamps are designed specifically for use of the D2S HIDCapsule. Low beam lamps are DOT/SAE legal, but the High beams are ECE and not legal for highway use in the US and are sold for racing and off-road use only. High Beam Lamps include a City Light.

Each lamp includes a D2S Capsule, City Light bulb (High Beam Only), Ballast and adjuster screws. The wiring harness is NOT included and must be purchased separately. Mounting plates, stamped from Galvanized Steel, are available.

The appearance of the Xenon HIDversions of these Lamps are very similar to the Halogen versions shown above. Pictures to follow.

Hella 90mm Bi-Xenon HID Headlamp Modules

The Bi-Xenon provides both high and Low beams in an HID Xenon lamp. This is accomplished by a shield which creates a Low Beam cutoff and retracts for High beam. Each lamp includes the D2S Capsule, Ballast, adjuster screws and connector cable. The wiring harness, is not included.
